These are some of the photos that I took of trains, mostly during 1958. The first five photos on the left are of trains running in Northern Colorado during the 1958 sugar-beet fall rush, when extra locomotives were assigned to the region. In the second photos, we see C&S No. 638, on the C&S mainline running in the middle of a street in Longmont, Colorado, followed by a photo taken of the same train at the Loveland station. The two snow photos of C&S 629 were taken at Bracewell, Colorado. I took the final two photos on the right in the CB&Q coach yards, where C&S, AT&SF and CB&Q passenger trains were serviced between runs. We see a standard heavy-weight pullman car at then end of a string of cars on the left, followed by the Texas and Denver Zephyrs.
