I lived in Richmond, Virgina from Novemember, 1995 to November, 1999, and the Full Kee Restaurant is where I ate (and still do when I visit the city). Dim Sum and REAL Chinese food, not the American imitation sold in so many shopping malls, or the oh-hum food at P. F. Chang's.
